David,
I don't really consider it "chopping" but here's my list:
Performance/ride-ability stuff:
-Replaced stock handlebars with 14" mini-apes.
-Replaced stock front brake line with braided steel.
-Initially had a crash bar with pegs, but trashed it in favor of HH chrome forward controls.
-Replaced stock seat with a Travelcade with fancier stitching, side flaps, studs and conchos.
-Replaced stock muffler with a punched HD Dyna muffler.
-Rejetted (I think I'm at 155) carb.
-Pulled the airbox off entirely; mounted a cone-filter staright to the carb(alot of advice from Bryan- Thanks, Bro!) and had to mount a crank breather (looks awesome!).
Cosmetic stuff:
-Painted Jug HD crinkle-black.
-Pulled pad off sissy bar.
-Put chrome skulls everywhere I could think of.
-Made a fender chap, tank chap, and tool roll with skull conchos.
-Got rid of all the friggin' reflectors and stickers (that aren't under clearcoat!).
-Put visors on headlight and turnsignals.
-Removed taillight and switched to a homemade under-the-fender cateye with lisence bracket.
Future plans (time and $$$ dependant!):
-Taller(like 2 feet), round-pipe sissy bar.
-Wide back tire.
-21-inch front wheel with low-profile tire.
-Repaint to get rid of the Savage emblem on the side.
-Rake out the forks by about 5-7 degrees (like Zipline, JP Cycles looks nice, but who's got that kingd of cash lying around?).
-Chrome sidecovers and paint body of engine crinkle black like jug.

And anything else I can think of!!!!!
Like Bryan, I can't figure out why everyone is so scared to tinker with this bike!!! It seems made for it (common carb, simple engine, cheap initial price, lack of aftermarket accesories, and Suzuki mechanics who seem to have their heads up their butts!)
BTW, Bryan, I'd like to get a copy of your pics, too! I just got a digital camera, so if anyone wants to see my stuff, drop me an e-mail and let me know what you want!
KTRSD and keep on choppin'!!!!!!!
-Jim
